In order to show you how I'm going to change my room, you'll have to see how it looked before the renovation.
Ok, so I got my room when I was twelve and that explains A LOT. As every child all I wanted was a bunk bed and when I got it I was happy as a calm. But soon afterwards I got fed up with it - I cannot recall the last time time I slept on the top bed. Of course, I must admit that having an extra bed was useful when we had guests, who stayed overnight.

After I turned fourteen and entered the puberty there was only one thing on my mind: "You have to express yourself!" - I remember the tiny voice inside my teenage head repeating these words day after day. And my amazing parents allowed me to destroy my wall and furniture by hanging posters of my favourite bands and actors, my drawings, tickets and flayers on them.
As I stated earlier in the blog I turned eighteen so you can imagine how a young woman feels in a teenage room. Here is were my generous parents stepped in once again by giving me the freedom and resources to turn my personal space into the dreamy boudoir where I could rest, study, work and have fun. Until that happens I'm going to sleep on a mattress on the floor but that's a small price for a dream.
xoxo, A.
